Albacete Fútbol Sala faced the Palma Futsal B team in a crucial second-round playoff match, where they failed to come back and lost 3-5. Félix Munera's men started the match determined, supported by around 1,000 spectators at the Pabellón Universitario. Although the home team had the first chances, it was Palma Futsal who took the lead with their first attack. However, Paco Sanz equalized shortly after, reigniting the hopes of Albacete fans. The first half was marked by controversial refereeing decisions, including a clear handball by the visiting goalkeeper that went unpunished. Just before halftime, an own goal by Paco Sanz further complicated the situation for Albacete. In the second half, Palma Futsal scored a third goal, but Albacete did not give up and equalized with goals from Javi Sánchez and Mario Sáez. However, in a cruel twist, Palma Futsal scored two more goals in less than a minute, sealing Albacete Fútbol Sala's elimination. Despite a strong season in the league, the team could not advance in the playoffs and will seek revenge next season.
